Customer service is terrible. I can overlook the lack of positivity with staff and always getting honey mustard when i ask for... honey. However, i received a partial order and called back right after realizing it only to be sent to voicemail. I left avoicemail but never heard back. 6 days later i called again. I had to call 5 times in a row for someone to answer my callinstead of it going to an unanswered voicemail again. Staff member answered and told me that since it?s been over 24 hours sincei received a partial order, they couldn?t do anything about it and I?d have to call the 900 number on my receipt. I told her idid call back immediately after the incident and that i didn?t have my receipt available and I asked if she could give me thenumber. She sighed and hung up. I again had to call back several times and this time she answered the phone but put it down justto be a jerk. It just sat there. 20 mins into the silence, i stopped by and talked to another manager who said the other manageranswering the phones, Ashley, was on break and that he couldn?t help me. I asked for the 900 number and he said it?s his secondday and he didn?t know what it was. I then asked if he could find out for me as he is the manager. He handed me an empty cup andtold me to call an 800 number on there. So i did. That person was very courteous and asked if I?d like to receive a follow upcall with the person who speaks to Ashley?s terrible customer service. I said yes. I have been to this location many times and each time the drive thru is very slow. Last night I was the 3rd car there and we ALL... had to pull over and wait. They weren?t taking orders through the speaker too. Read more
This may be the worst McDonald's I've been to. They were great when I was working in the same complex, but at some point they... went WAY downhill. The past 5 times I've been there, they got my order wrong 4 times in a row, and when they finally got itright, the burger patties were pink still, the "sweet" tea has zero flavor, and the lady was rude. I know that it's hit and misswhen you buy McDonald's, but this location misses almost every single time. Read more
