I went there today for a simple order and the drive thru lady was absolutely rude. She had a short temper.
Manager is rude with customers and employees. He also makes everyone use the kiosk to order. If you want to order at the counter... he says it'll be a minute then runs off and makes you stand there forever. Terrible customer service Read more
I did not get any food, apparently they no longer take orders at the register because of staffing shortage but an employee was... going to help me use the kiosk and then go to the register and take my money, this was ridiculous so I walked out with nothing,so now not only is the food cheap and bland(just like the staff) now they want you to work for free and do your own order,people get paid to ring up orders, why would I do it for free, good try McDonald's (thanks to hurstbourne) burger king gains oneand your rating goes down the drain like most of your staff should have, Read more
Oh my goodness. I know places are short on staff but I really should have looked at reviews before ordering. My bad. Plenty... of people working but all standing around. Order 20 nuggets and two pies. The pies have sell by times that are 3 HOURS past atthe time they gave them to me. Ewww. And the MANAGER was like yes what is the problem? Really?!? Off to look for the numberof the health department. And the nuggets are cold. So who knows how old they are. Read more
We have lived by the McDonalds for years, usually go everyday. But, unless one or two individuals are working, service is... pathetic, lines are long. Get your Diet and happy meals someplace else. We have watched the service go down the drain. And,today was the icing on the cake for poor service. Read more
Yikes. Employees yelling at each other at the first drive though window. When I told the employee at the second window that I... wasn't given the correct sauces he replied, "I know we ran out". He didn't ask what I would like in its place. He was justhoping I would drive off and not come back. It is not cool to change someone's order. After making an issue of this a personwho claimed to be the manager brought out 2 of the correct sauces. So they weren't out, they just didn't want to open about herbox. After all that my nuggets and fries were old and not very good. This McDonald's has gone down hill. I recommend the whitecastle two doors down instead. Read more
We waited 10 minutes for 1 large fries. Only 2 workers working while the others was in office including the manger. We went in... and the drive-thru was going to the street. The date was 4/22/21 order at 3:23 got the fries @3:33. Read more
Horrible. I don’t even want to give one starts. First off every time I go some of my food isn’t right . Tonight my husband... goes and we wanted the mc chickens plan they gave us mc doubles . He wanted a quarter ponder with bacon which we have doneplenty of times, tonight the guy told him he couldn’t bc there a bacon quarter ponder but it don’t have the delexe on it notomatoes or lettuce and it’s more expensive and they forgot the bacon … tried to call of course no answer . I think know onein there even care about customer service nor if the customer get there food correct. Read more
