Cookies are always great but there is not always someone manning the store. I wouldn't be mad if they would put up a sign saying... they will be back and when. Wanted to surprise my family with a sweet treat rarely come to the mall, I waited 15 mins, no1 around, came back in 30, the mall... closed in lil over a hour, employee came up to me, I thought to take my order, she said didn't want make any more cookies, waslooking to buy 10 double doozies don't know what the minimum was to make more! Staff is extremely rude ! My box that I had pre order was ready in the corner and she still demanded I got in the line .. it had... already been paid for and everything ! It would?ve only taken her 1 second to hand it to me but she made a big scene about it?not returning again, why would I order ahead of time and even prepay if I still have to get in line ? The purpose of goingthrough all that is to get them on time for whatever activity you need them for !!! Workers are very rude. Scheduled to pick up a birthday cake at 2:15, arrived a few minutes early, was told there were 2 cakes in... front of me, simply asked when it would be done, to me when you say you have 2 cakes in front on me, I assumed it would be awhile. Worker very rudely responded that they had until 2:15 I arrived back at 2:20, cake was still not done. Not reallyconcerned with the cake not being ready on time, just how rude the worker was.
