They need to re-open the dining room. It would be nice to be able to wash your hands before you eat! Also having only drive-thru... service makes it very very very slooooow! The food is good when prepared correctly. The prices have gotten ridiculous forseafood. I hate that I can't eat at LJS anymore because of a closed dinning room and slow service...it was one of my favorites!No wonder LJS are disappearing everywhere! Read more
Hit the drive through on my way home around 3:45 or so because the dining room was closed. Lot of trash around the lot. Long... wait to give my order, but it was ready fairly soon. Got home to discover they had left out part of my order from my overpricedplatter. Terrible service, but the food was pretty good. Read more
Usually I have no problem with this LJS/A&W.But the ladies who were working this shift was rude ???? charged me for extra... drinks and I already paid for them with my 2 meals I added popcorn shrimp box it was almost 5 bucks . Antony had a few pieces ontop of a box of crunches. Smh I was not happy. Read more
the ladies working drive through were both on their phones. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and a 15 piece shrimp totaling $49,... i asked for a lot of tartar and a hand full of cocktail. What i received was 5 tartar and 2 cocktail, when i asked for more yheytold me NO. While i was talking to the manager the 2 ladies started shoving an excessive amount of tartar out the window. Food was hot and fresh, and the workers at the drive thru are usually very professional and kind. If there's a longer wait... between cars in the drive thru, it means a lot of family meals are being ordered. But just be patient and know the food will beHot, Crispy, and Fresh out the fryer when you get to the window. Best long johns in Louisville. As for A&W, it's pretty goodand the service is the same. The root beer floats are awesome, and the burgers are better than McDonald's. Good experiencesover all. Read more
