They were out of quite a bit of food. The server was new, and he dropped some of my food on the table. The potato soup was more... like onion soup. The steaks weren't cooked right and were way too chewy. We were pressured about paying the check by the server.It took more than 30 minutes to get the food even though there were only 2 tables of customers. Definitely won't go back orrecommend! Read more

Perhaps we caught them on a bad night. It was a Monday evening and the place was hardly crowded. Perhaps I just needed to speak... up louder to be heard by our waitress? Anyway, my chicken sandwich was brought out grilled instead of fried the way I'drequested. She seemed a little put out when I sent it back. The manager came over to see what was wrong with the food. (kudos bythe way) and I told him they wasn't anything wrong with it, I simply wanted fried instead of grilled. They proceeded to make thecorrect item for me. Granted it was a very thick chicken breast, however when I cut the sandwich in half, it was not completelydone in the middle. I was saddened by this because I was really hungry and the other people at the table were finished eating bythis point. I ate around the edges of the sandwich and the manager didn't charge me for it. Our waitress Emily was AMAZING!! But that was the only good thing about this experience. My family and I came to celebrate my... mother in laws birthday. There were 20 of us. We called at about 2pm and told them that we had a large party coming at 7:30pm,at which time we were told that they do not take reservations. Upon arrival the manager said he could seat us in the additionalroom. It was ice cold, but we were assured that they would turn the heat on, and it would not take long to warm up, so weagreed. At the 20-minute mark the store manager I believe his name started with an L started he just took over the store 2 weeksago and he was trying to figure out how to turn the heat on but was not sure. I asked if we could be moved and he said give it afew more minutes for him to work on, never saw him again. The other manager with a blue-collar shirt, very tall African Americangentleman came in about 8:15 and said ?oh it feels a bit warmer? jokingly. He said let him try something and he would be back.He did get the heat on, and it literally took 10 minutes for the room to warm up, it was very comfortable at that point. Neversaw that manager again. Emily was our server, and she did everything in her power to salvage our experience! Our food came outabout 8:40ish. Every single steak was cooked incorrectly. 2 actually had to be sent back. The sides were wrong on every plate.We just switched them out among ourselves and kept moving. At 9:10 we asked for the tickets. Our server let us know she neededhelp to split the bills and that she asked for help, however the manger was literally ignoring her. The mangers name was ChristyI believe. At 935 I walked up front and Christy didn't even acknowledge Emily?s request with my standing right in front of her.So, I sternly told Christy that we have been waiting for our tickets to pay for horrible food, and they we could either pay orwalk out her choice. Year 2020: Decent food decent price. No long waits . None of the menu has made me wanna order it again so far. It?s not... unpleasant I just haven?t ate anything and said it?s delicious . I recommend this place if u want a quick diningexperience Update 2022: 3.5/5. Firstly I must say the sweet tea was delicious and sweet. Most places I try it tastes like teawith a sprinkle of sugar but somebody made that batch with love. There was no wait on a Saturday . The food was decent but notdelicious honestly . She got the rib eye and and I got the New York strip. Both were thin and could?ve used a better sear andseason in my opinion. The sides were decent and better than they use to be. Ordered doordash last evening at 8:30pm. After the dasher telling us our order was not received and 2 hours we finally got our... food. My $23 double burger with bacon was a single without. Eggs and bacon left off both of my salads with 1 dressing betweenthe two. My cheesecake was missing its topping. My other burger was missing bacon and sauce. After calling the store 4 times andbeing disconnected after waiting for a manager I was somehow rerouted to a corporate employee who was not even in the building.I was told there was nothing that could be done. $64 wasted.! We came here the other day for dinner after not having Logan?s for a long time but let me say? we had amazing service and food. ... We had Autumn as our server and she was great. Ordered one of their steaks "ready to grill" meaning they were supposed to send an uncooked steak. Gets to my home and it's... cooked....thoroughly. And not only is this thing absolutely scorched all the way through it's also cold, which is the reason Iwanted to cook it at home, it's nowhere near the internal temp I like. So overall place loses points for not followingdirections from their own website, and for poor cooking/preparation. Pretty much had to throw the steak away. Read more
