Visited them early Veterans day. They were not busy at the time. They were polite and caring. They even listened to me.
Customer service was good. The drive threw speaker was broke. They came outside had up pull forward and took our order. They... were patient and quick with order. I ordered a dozen glazed and an assorted dozen with 8 cake batter cream filled donuts for the family today and out of 8 cream... filled donuts, not one of them had cream in the donut. This is a joke. One or two I could understand, but 8 if 8...that'sridiculous! This has never happened to me at the Bardstown Rd. location. I will never order or get donuts from these peopleagain that's just garbage service! Read more
It's the best store in Kentucky. Extremely clean and great product. Rojer and company offer the full Krispy Kreme experience.
I haven't been inside a Krispy Kreme in probably 20 years. It was about as good as I remembered. I tried one of the lattes and I... was mildly impressed. Mmmmm... doughnuts! Great for any occasion, in my opinion. I love Krispy Kreme so much I decided to get about 12 dozen for my... wedding. They were a hit with all of my friends and family who apparently love doughnuts as much as I do. For the bestexperience, get you an original when the HOT NOW sign is on, I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about! I like to get avariety dozen and zap them in the microwave at home for about 7 seconds as well. The chocolate iced with sprinkles are mypersonal favorite! I go to this Krispy Kreme location often, at least once a week. The workers there are so much friendlier than the Bardstown Road... location and they get you in and out in no time, and I don?t think I need to say anything about the Krispy Kreme doughnuts,they?re the best. Read more
