Every time I deal with them it?s never a good experience. Ordered 8pc family tender meal from Uber eats however I do appreciate... my driver letting me know they don?t have tenders so I had to settle for original chicken and I don?t even like big pieces ofchicken. however the workers can?t drop 8 tenders to satisfy their customer bc they so dang on lazy it?s getting close toclosing time so they wanna leave I get it however your still on the clock to fulfill customers orders of satisfaction. I?mreally tired of dealing with businesses in the west end the stigma has became true they don?t care about nothing and not bout togo out there way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Go to another kfc in a better location and my order is good like themanager and workers actually do their job. This will be my last time dealing with this ghetto Kfc. No line, ladies and gentlemen behind the counter where super nice. There was a small problem with one of the customers but they... all handled it with professionalism. They where very apologetic about the situation that played out and even offered free sidesfor our trouble. The work they do and stress they go through should be rewarded! Everything was fine. U know there's always 1 or 2 people that's so disagreable. 1 guy complained about his car running, the... other 1 had something to do.
