Today was probably not a good day to visit this location. The employee there were rude, I got major attitude when I changed my... Pepsi to a strawberry lemonade. Apparently the young lady had to work a few different positions and train the young man at thewindow. I get it short staff trying to do too much and your tired no need to be nasty. I go through the drive thru but I want to say this location is the best. I have a KFC down the street from my home, but I drive... about 5 miles farther to go to this one. The chicken is the ultimate at this location. How can there be a difference? I don'tknow the answer to that, but I know my fried chicken and it's always better at this location. Read more
The food was great for me. But my friend didn't like how the mashed potatoes tatse and the biscuit was hard. So she took it back... at the counter to exchange it for fries and a fresh biscuit. The lady that was working was rude and got smart with my friendafter she had ask for some grape jelly for the biscuit. Her name was Markita or something. She was rude and said rudly do youneed anything like it was a problem. When all my friend did was ask for them to correct the taste and quality of her food. Thelady was the very heavy set worker. Based on my experience today using the app it was negative. We ordered the extra crispy chicken, and only thighs and... drumsticks, and at dinner time we found the opposite. I love chicken and I have always loved KFC?s chicken. I normally get the three piece big box (breast and two drumsticks with... double fries). This is the meal right here. I seldom ever come to KFC, and tonight should (in hindsight) have been no exception.. But, we thought we might try something... different tonight. I get it. People are overworked, overwhelmed and underpaid. But, I'm not the person to mistreat for all ofthat. I didn't cause your problems. Vent your frustration to management, to your company. Walk out if the job doesn't pay youenough. Organize. Form a union. Go on strike. Do anything besides yell at complete strangers. Read more
