Worst excuse for a kfc there is. Employees are atrocious. Never have a good attitude, always rude. Rushing you out of the drive... thru so fast they practically throw the food at you. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing. Just ?here?s you food? andslamming the window shut. Then have the audacity to not even get the food right after all that. Y?all could have a cardboardcutout in that window, and if would have a better attitude and better service for your customers. Waited in line long time when I pulled up to order No one greeted me I said hello still no one said a word I waited some more... then said hello agin still no answer so I pulled up didn?t know what was going on and more cars had pulled behind me (4) sodidn?t want to hold the line up so I drove up only to finally hear after about 5 minutes hello smh ??????? wow so im knowingwhen I pull around they are gonna think im the order from the truck behind me but when I get to the window the lady looks deadat me and STILL didn?t come and say ma?am we?re busy or sorry for your wait nothing just kept talking to worker ect so FINALLYshe comes to window and I just want to let her know im not the order she thinks I am and why I pulled up and she automaticallygets a attitude with me with the frowns and gestures and proceeds to tell me she?s the only one working the window and I stopher and tell her ma?am im just trying to let you know im not the order you think I am and this is why I didn?t order smh ???????and she then calms down I just don?t know where customer service has went at no point did she feel the need to apologize ornothing I know I have changed with age because before I would have let her had it and just drove off shaking my head ?imsympathetic to customer service jobs but it?s the no manners fa me I won?t be back there agin Read more
Had great service by ?Sam?. Purchased the twelve piece meal deal with the cooler bag drink. It was awesome. Great to take on a... picnic! We stopped and purchased cups, plates and forks. The cold slaw was extra yummy this time. Will be back to this location. Read more
The food is consistent with other locations. I don't go to KFC often but the few times I have been, the service hasn't been... great. They are nice people but I often don't get what I asked for. Last time I did not get the sauce I asked for and had to goaround the drive thru again. The time before that I asked for a Sandwich in a combo and a separate sandwich by itself. Theyended up giving me 2 combos. I just don't like bickering over such things so let it slide most of the time. Read more

Horrible experience at this KFC. I did a take out order for a 12 piece chicken tender meal for my family and we couldn?t even... eat it. The chicken tasted like it was a day old as it was dry and chewy. The fries were either too soggy or too hard and eventhe mashed potatoes tasted old and horrible.
