Two different notes on the same day. Owners, management, and the workers are all inept.

Have given this place several chances as it's close by. Consistently gets the orders wrong. Last order was a 3 piece chicken... with mashed potatoes and a chicken sandwich, we received 2 x 3 piece meals with corn, coleslaw and mashed potatoes with nogravy. The chicken was dry and had no Ice in the drinks at all. The sad part is they even read the order back to us whilelooking at the order. Terrible! Read more
Good to finally find one opened for indoor seating. Restaurant was clean. Employees were nice. Food was hot...& delicious.
Every time I come to this KFC on Lagrange road they make you wait for the food even if you come 5 minutes after they open. ... Never have chicken ready always wait on everything like what the heck do these people do. Update:. Went today 02/22/2022. Iknow right? Had to wait 12 minutes for the buffalo wings but son said it was worth it . Slowly improving. Read more
I love KFC. I truly do. However, on this occasion they barely put any spicy sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich. Also, the pick... up option requires you to go thru the drive thru. So if the drive thru is backed up it doesn't provide any benefit to orderahead, unlike McDonald's which has a separate place to pick up call ahead orders. Also, they had a good deal on 10 pieces ofchicken for $7 but only after I get to the window to pay and asked did they tell me they had crispy chicken left.
