Ordered inside. Requested the 2 PC drum & tigh big box. Got a wing & a breast. Was starving, so chocked down the DRY white meat.... The woman waiting on me forgot honey & pepper I asked for. Also forgot my cup twice. Was craving KFC. That ended my craving!!!And my desire to ever eat there again!!! It's Popeyes for me from now on!!! Read more
This kfc has got to be the worse!! 3rd time ripped off for my money and as I was driving off out of the drive thru what turns... out to be garbage I seen there's a 91 boh score smh food was wrong I paid $10 and some change for four piece chicken combo andthen go tell me that they're completely out of soda 19 that I can wait 20 minutes if I wanted tea , I just wanted a diet Cokesmh when I get home I'm going to eat my supper they cost me over $10 all that was there was 4 chicken legs in the box andofcourse they don't ever answer the phone the last time I bought 40$ bucket for the family , the chicken was raw !!! BLOODY !This one needs closed . I just thought that it was because they were short-handed no I was all kinds of them working . This isthe 3rd time the food was trash and never got my money back . The drive thru was super slow! The female at the pick up window had absolutely no personality! They gave us diet pepsi when we... ordered regular. They shorted us pieces of chicken that we ordered and our chicken was under cooked. The biscuits weren'tcooked, the inside was raw dough. And they seemed to be very confused about orders. I would not recommend anyone going thereunless you want terrible food and horrible service!!! Read more
The service at the window was really BAD. I was asked to move in a parking space and was nearly forgotten. The amount of food... was paltry at best. And I would think if I spend $48.00 they could at least fill the containers enough to feed a family. Ibarely had enough to feed my family. Ridiculous. BTW ... this happened the last time I went. Ordered door dash, so it came in a good amount of time, but that could be cause kfc themselves didnt complete the order, 2... receipts taped to the bag, yet half of the order was missing, bag was sealed so no, the driver didnt take anything, kfc triedsaying their screens were messed up, but again, 2 RECEIPTS WERE TAPED TO THE BAG! So poor excuse. Unacceptable! And lets notforget how rude the employee and manager were when I called about it, they hung up on me, didnt try to rectify the problem atall.
