Sandwiches were ready literally before I finished my order
Jimmy Johns sandwiches are amazing...but the real star is the employees at this location. I was dumb today and ordered at the... wrong store online. They volunteered to go get it for me and make it right while subtly taking the blame when I know that was myerror. I'm a loyalist for life because that was above and beyond. Read more

I ordered at 1115 am. Food was supposed to arrive delivered at 1215. Called at 1255 when app said delivered, and person that... answered call stated food had been delivered to wrong address and they were picking it up for redelivery. (Yuck) Never offered adiscount or to remake sandwiches. It's 115 now and my lunch is over.. still no food. Read more
