I ordered for delivery. I once was in the restaurant industry and know how important a tip is. However I must have forgotten to... put tip online when I ordered. They dropped my food off at security but then called me to ask where the tip was. I understandtipping is important and I always do or I don't order out/ eat out where tipping is expected. Asking for a tip is rude. Tippingis optional and I didn't appreciate the way the I was asked. "Where's my tip" is not professional. I gave a tip over the phonebut this was unconventional and made me question if this was a scam by the delivery person. On a brighter note the food isalways fast, and delicious and does deserve a tip. This used to be our favorite Jimmy John's location to get our subs until yesterday. Service with Brandon the order taker was... terrible and he was extremely rude to myself & my husband!!! When ordering at the end when my husband was asking me if wewanted to add chips and drink the guy rudely yelled louder about wanting anything else as if we were taking to long so we optednot to based on his attitude. We ordered our subs together and paid together.....however they were slapped on the counterseparate with no napkins no bag. We have been to this establishment before & never been told to get it ourselves. No signposted said this was a self service establishment. We passed 3 other locations to eat at this one yesterday and felt like itwas a mistake afterwards due to Brandon and his rude attitude. I've been ordering dine-in and carry-out from here 5 or 6 times a year since 2018. My orders have always been ready, correct,... and we'll made! The employees are great too! The customer service has always been fantastic no matter how busy they are. Ican't have #gluten or dairy and I've never had a problem with my orders. I get the Unwich and customizing my order online isreally easy. Get the app! Read more
This past Sunday my order wasn't the best I've received from this location. My sandwich was on stale bread and my chips were... partly opened and they were stale too. I was surprised because I've never received a sandwich from you all, that was poorlymade. I took a couple of bits and couldn't finish it. Read more
Delivery time provided was 18 minutes. It took Jimmy John's almost an HOUR to deliver my order to Waterfront Park Place Condos.... Jimmy John's is LESS THAN A BLOCK from Waterfront Park Place! I called at 8:30pm - 25 mins after placing my order - and was toldthey had no orders in the restaurant so it must be on it's way to be delivered. I called again at 8:45pm and was told the samething. My order was not delivered until 8:54pm! So much for their FFreaky Fast Delivery." I do need to also say this particulardelivery was NOT my normal service from Jimmy John's! On a normal basis, they deliver extremely fast. I don't know what theissue was 11/21, but the issue was clearly Jimmy John's. There also wasn't any weather issues occurring to delay the delivery,esp as mentioned above, Jimmy John's is less than a block away from the condominiums. Read more
