Absolutely fantastic. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the most beautiful and friendly people. Ordered a #4.... Wow! They used the mayo scoop, three tomatoes with less than a quarter inch between them and just the right amount oflettuce. If I had any criticism, it would be on how long it took them to get me my sandwhich. (Under 30 seconds ????) I wishthere was a sandwhich place that had the sandwhich pre-made whenever you walk in. A Ready Ron's would make this place so muchbetter. Read more

This location just refuses to make the sandwich the way the customer wants it. Every time I customize my sandwich the way I want... it, they make it how they want to. They don?t pay attention to anything when you place an order. My online order has beendelivered to the wrong address multiple times. I won?t be ordering again. Read more

I've been a longterm customer here through orders and this place has just gone downhill. Forgotten items, slow delivery, and... the shrinkflation of everything makes it not even remotely worth it anymore - while I blame most of this on corporate oversight,there's still no excuse. On my last order earlier today, they forgot both the chips and cookie after it arrived a half an hourlate. I called about the items, they said they would have them delivered, then they called back 45 minutes later to say that"camera footage showed they had been put in the bag and that they wouldn't be delivered." No clue what bag that was, but itsure wasn't mine. I remember just two years ago, they cleared up some forgotten items no problem and with excellent service toboot, a great contrast to today's service, if you can call it that. I'm not pretending this is something abnormal these days,but I sincerely hope they get some people who're actually up to snuff down the line, as I won't be ordering from this locationagain for a long time. Good food. I'm rating it lower because they NEVER open on time. 3 times in 3 weeks I've been met by a locked door ten minutes... after opening time. Unacceptable! Try another location. Read more

Today was the second time I tried to give Jimmy John's my money but their technology was malfunctioning. On their door and on... their card reader they have the GPay (Google Pay) symbol but both times I visited their card reader wouldn't complete mypurchase. My phone gave the green check mark showing the transaction should have been completed just as it does everywhere elseI use GPay successfully like at Starbucks next door. Oh well, I guess the owner of this location isn't too worried aboutcustomer experience or what they're advertising or.. the money I keep trying to transfer to their account. LOL Read more

SLLLOOWWWWWW!!!!!! Ordered online at 11:41, its 12:28 and still no food. called store 15 mins ago and was told "we are just... busy, its out for delivery". This is the second time this has happened. Im now almost an hour late for my lunch break which ishard to come by in healthcare and Im still waiting. DO BETTER! Read more

I placed my order today at 11:18am and didn?t get my food until 11:57am only bc the janitor brought my food to me. The driver... dropped it off in the wrong location so I take it your drivers can?t read huh. And on the receipt it says where to drop it offat. Read more

I ordered on the app at 12:24, and still have no revived my food at 2:42. I called twice and they said it?s on the way, once at... 1:35 and again at 2:18. The app said it left the store at 12:35 and was delivered at 1:30 and I explained that but they said itleft around 1:30 and that they were short staffed, which I understand but the app is saying it was delivered a while ago andthey said it?s incorrect. I really just want a refund so I can order from somewhere else but the feedback says to contact thestore and the store just says it?s on its way and ends the call. Read more
