I ordered a Totally Tuna meal. When my sandwich arrived it had barely any time on it. For a $15 meal this is completely... unacceptable. If I wasn?t at work I would have returned it. Also I have tried several times to submit this on their website butwhen you try to submit your complaint, the page has an Error?. Funny how that works. Read more

The Jimmy Johns on Dutchmans Lane has gone way downhill in the last few months - not sure if management or ownership has... changed, but it is terrible. I have been ordering from them a few days a week as I work down the road. After my experiencetoday, I think I'll have to find a new spot. I ordered my food (little john) via online pickup like I usually do (time was12:38pm). I drove down to JJ and went inside at 12:55pm to see if my order was ready for pickup on the pickup table. I saw afew other people grab from the pickup table so nothing seemed different. Eventually 1:17pm rolls around and I am still sittingat the table inside of JJ, so I walk up to the counter to see whats going on. An employee (who was extremely rude anddegrading) said "Ya we kept callin u over at that table." And I said....what do you mean kept calling me? So another girl walksover and asks what I got and I told her and she pulls my sandwich from beside the register and gives it to me? So then I say"Why was my order not placed at order pickup and why did no-one walk 5 steps over to me to get my attention?" Who knows now adays. So after I finally got my sandwich, I call the store and ask for the manager. He asks me if I was the same girl who wassitting at the table and proceeds to tell me that they tried to get my attention by saying "mam" (keep in mind my back wasfacing them the entire time). It blows my mind how businesses operate these days. Very disappointing. Read more

Ordered with a couple other nurses for my lunch as I work at the hospital. No lunch break but I stop to eat really quick and... guess what, no sandwich. Also no chips and no ranch. So $18 out the door for no food. Seriously how hard is it to just check theorder before you leave? So now I don?t get lunch. Cool guys. Read more

Usually, this Jimmy John's can get the food to you, on average, 15 to 30 minutes of placing the order, sometimes a few minutes... more. Totally fine. What isn't fine is when you only have one driver and neither the app nor the store in any way lets you knowthat it will take longer. It shouldn't take an hour and 40 minutes for me to get my order. It shouldn't. I would have orderedfrom another place if that was the case, but it wouldn't have prevented me from ordering in the future if they just. Let. Me.Know. Communication people, get it together. Read more

The staff is always friendly and they know how to make a damn good sandwich. Definitely tip worthy.

The majority of employees are disrespectful, idiotic and rude. They don't know how to speak, pronounce their words or serve... food. Employees were distracted over flirting with the one girl employee they have ???????? and kept saying the N word. Shekept flirting back and kept getting distracted making my sandwich. Took way longer than it should have. Read more

I used to work at jimmy johns (not this location ) and I know the PROPER procedures! I ordered my food around 4pm and waited TWO... hours. It was snowing but I ordered my food before and it took a little longer . I CALLED the store and some manager with aARROGANT attitude answered the phone and I explained to him I haven?t received my food . He proceeded to tell me he ?MEANT TOCALL ME? but didn?t ! They had been closing for almost a hour and weren?t going to notify me that my order was cancelled due tothe weather. He then tried to explain to me how my money would be back on my card in 3-5 days . NO APOLOGY , NO MOREINFORMATION. He then tried to say ?well wherever you order it?ll take it 3-5 days , so idk what to tell you ? HE WAS SO RUDE ! Read more
