Horrible Attitude! The employee that was wearing ear buds really doesn't want to be there. 10/11/2022 at 5:00pm. She is not a... good hire. I never leave bad reviews but she is not helping your business. You are better off having a long line then puttingher on the cash register. If looks could kill....she just looks at you and no facial reactions....no thank you, no nothing. Iown a business and I'm just sharing this information so you will know and hopefully she doesn't cost you too much business. Plus barely wrapped the unwich with the paper and did not number them. Was super excited to come here as the one I go to at home closed due to staffing issues. Needless to say was not the best... experience. Ordered food and the cashier automatically just added the pickles I ordered as the sides to the meals then couldn?tget that I wanted chips and the pickles as extra. Food tasted ok but for the price I should have gotten more lunch meat in mysandwich. One slice of two meats is skimpy at best. Read more

Pretty sad says the store opens at 10:30. Stand outside till 10:35 he says we aren?t opening till 11:00. They are running... behind. 2 employees in a blue car sitting in front of the store then move to the back. They finally walked inside. I don?t carewhat time you say your going to open but be open. Update: In a completely tone deaf response, the "owner" who... replied to my review asked me to send feedback, which I clearly state in my review that I already did. This is proof that theydon't even read the review, they just reply with a blanket statement if the score is low. Jimmy Johns is a very bad company itis! -original review- I recently received a sandwich that had metallic residue on the bread. I called the store to report it,thinking s that maybe someone's nail polish had rubbed off on the bread. The store manager told me this is in fact coating fromtheir very old pans that is coming off onto their bread. They also told me that this is so common that they have to inspectevery loaf they bake for this residue and that while they try to catch them all, some do get missed. The store said that theowners just need to replace the very old pans, but refuse to do so. I have tried contacting the owners myself, but they refuseto return my phone calls. I also filed a JJ corporate complaint which they never responded to. I've quickly come to realizedthat Jimmy Johns is not a great company and they genuinely do not care about your health as long as they are raking in profits.Well hear this JJ, my next stop is the health department! TLDR: Don't eat here unless you want to ingest unknown metallic pancoating, which is surely not good for you! Read more
We usually order from here and unfortunately this time our food came a bit late and the chips had to be delivered separately... which arrived 20 minutes later. This was our first bad experience as all the order prior to this have been perfect in everyway. Update on experience: Last few months the food has been great. Today we decided to order from here for lunch. Our drinkhad spilled all over the place when we received it. My bag was soaked and even soaked some of my sandwhich. We had no ice inour drinks which made the drinks warm (sweet tea). The sandwiches were pretty light on on ingredients, such as having only 1thin slice of meat on each half of the sandwich. Considering the sandwhich alone is $6 I think they could have done better. Read more
Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. Placed an order at 6:35 pm and I wait for 30 minutes before I call the store and ask for an... update. The manager tells me that they didn't have a delivery driver, but they didn't bother to call me. So I wait another 20minutes and the food never arrives so I call to cancel. I was told this delivery driver is "notoriously slow". Then I get a callfrom the driver saying that he's been walking around the parking lot for 15 minutes. What? Just order pizza. Ridiculous.
