After years of loving Jersey Mike's and several great experiences, I'm hoping my last experience was just a fluke. We ordered... four different large subs to entertain family. I was disappointed in the quality of each sandwich. The cheesesteak was so dryand chewy that we didn't even eat half of it. The bread didn't seem fresh. It was very tough to cut, much less bite through.There was little meat either. I would have expected this from a place whose specialty is not subs. This is the best location in the Louisville area, I?m convinced! Their service is incredible every single time I go and I?ve... never had an issue with an inaccurate order when I?ve picked up an online order. They are just over the top awesome, even duringhuge rushes. This spot gets PACKED during lunch time so be ready to either wait in line to order or not be able to find a seatif you catch them at the wrong time. If you do hit a sweet spot, you can order, get your food, and find a clean table prettyeasily since they have ample seating in this location. I usually don?t like paying for a sandwich (my motto: if I can make it athome, I don?t want to pay for it), but Jersey Mike?s just has the right quality ingredients to make it worth it. Sandwich wasn't great, but up to standard. So much better than subway, I worked at a subway in 2019. My manager would always... harass me inappropriately in a way no manager should treat their young attractive employees. Anyways they had a very cute newhire who was very nice with curly hair. Seems like at the beginning when this location open on poplar level it was really good. Recently its been hit or miss.... Sometimes I go get great sandwiches.. the few times I went.. my sandwiches have been not as good. Bread ???? been hard fromsitting out. I never understood why the bread is open like that..#1 too many germs in the air.. workers don't wear mask. Soany type of fly can lay eggs etc.. last week I ordered my fresh hot sandwich and it had no meat on it. I will never order thatagain. Today I went and the workers was not friendly.. no smile.. they hate they job. Sandwiche once again bread was hard . Andno meat. Please train employees to make sandwiches the same way.. This location is amazing. Not only do they make a mean sub every time I go, but the employees always have a great attitude and... seem happy to be there.
