We have typically received fast and friendly service here. Today was a bit chaotic and there was some bickering going on in the... kitchen area that was audible in the dining area. It took about 20 minutes to get some of our food and we had to keep asking forthe rest of it. When we finally got everything we ordered, we really enjoyed it. One of the best Sichuan food that I have had. Probably the best in Louisville. My friend took us for a special occasion. We were... not disappointed. The food was too good to be true. We ordered 4 dishes. Each and every one of the them were delicious. All thepeople of the store were very nice and courtesies. The pork belly and dry hotpot with seafood were the ones I liked the most. Quantity wise one plate should be enough for two people if you're dinning in... Update: The dine-in dinner closes at 9. As of this review in August of 2022 the amount of places I can go to get quality Chinese takeout food are very small. Places... that I had considered a staple for years are now selling things that are almost inedible. Jasmine is not one of thoseplaces. Jasmine is exceptional in every way whether you get their take out menu or their Japanese menu. Dining in is a treat,the service is amazing. Take out portions are huge and the food is always delicious and somehow still hot by the time I gethome. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place I wish it was closer to my house, still worth driving 30minutes to get it. Read more
Ordered this place to go for the 3rd time today. Finally leaving a review ! This place was fantastic. So far I’ve tried the... cumin beef (superb), the peanut butter chicken (great sauce and flavor), the twice cooked fish (delicious), and the pork belly(also great). The food was full of flavor and not the typically sugary tasting cheapo Americanized Chinese that I’m so usedto. The flavor was inspiring because it made me realize that there are a lot of new dishes that I’ve not experienced. Themeats were all very tender and full of flavor. When I picked up my order it was hot and fresh. The lady at the counter wasfriendly and gave me tips on future orders. Great experience and will definitely be back! Read more
Lots of flavor in this meal. Started with flavorful Egg drop soup and followed by Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls both above average... and nice golden brown. Kentucky sushi roll was large with an interesting combination of ingredients and not too spicy. Veryfilling. Shrimp with noodles tasty and filling. Fresh brewed tea and friendly personal service. I look forward to a returnvisit to try other sushi rolls. They have an extensive menu so be prepared to spend time studying it. Lots of sushi choices andstandard Chinese fare with fresh ingredients. My only negative is we found this place on vacation so can not come back weekly. The flounder and sliced tofu in spicy sauce... melts in the mouth The crispy duck had the perfect crunch and was aromatic with curry My father inhaled the general cho'schicken before I had a chance to try We had 4 sushi rolls, a volcano roll, lobster roll, crawfish roll, and one other that Imissed the name on. Very pleasantly surprised! ????? I don't know how I had never been here but it is fantastic. Even though they were short... staffed for the number of patrons coming in and it was not peak time yet. The two ladies serving and taking orders were flying,my order was promptly taken and my food came out immediately and I noticed the same situation with other tables. The place isfresh, modern and comfortable. I sat at a booth but next time I will choose a table. Booths are weird as you notice the personseated behind you. Seems the backs are thin or the seats are too connected or something. But there are plenty of tables. Iforesee this place will be packed soon. The value is great! The flavors are those of a unique family restaurant but the serviceand experience are flawless. Great location and easy plaza parking. Menu is vast from what you can see in my pictures, Japaneseand Chinese entrées. I cannot wait to be back and try other entrées. ????? Read more
Delicious Chinese food, many authentic dishes, and the staff is friendly! Essentially different they also have a nice lunch... special that is available on the weekend as well! Definitely give this place a shot if you're interested in Chinese food! Read more
