This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Hooter's. My husband ordered a whiskey neat when we first arrived. I... ordered a mixed cocktail about 10 minutes later. My drink came 10 minutes later. It took 3 reminders and 30 minutes later forhim to finally get his drink. Then, 45 minutes after ordering, our food comes and it is cold. Not like lukewarm but actuallycold. The cheese sticks just snapped in two. The marinara sauce they sent out with them was thick and turning brown (see photo).They offered to make it over. And asked if we wanted it to go. No, we came in because we want hot fresh food. Food comes backout... still cold! How!?! We told our waitress just never mind the food because clearly they were not cooking it fresh. Shetells us that we are good to go whenever we want. We got there at 11pm. We didn't not leave until 12:15... still starving!Soooooo disappointing. Read more

I love Hooters and this place sets a good example of how not to run your restaurant franchise. At least I got to waste 10... minutes of my life sitting at their bar without even a hello with the exception of the hostess at the door. I know you may beshort handed, but at least engage the customer; and not leave them walking out the door unhappy! Read more
It was late on a Friday night and it took over an hour for a bunch of appetizers, we got delivered the wrong beer then told it... was from a newly tapped keg and that's why Oktoberfest looked and tasted like a hefeweizen... Our waitress was awesome andcomped our beers but the kitchen staff was high or drunk or something. Read more
My first time there, the sauce for the pickles was way too hot, but the pickles had great crunch. The sliders are good, but... those curly fries are amazing. Very potato tasting, right amount of crisp. Highly recommend Read more
My wings looked as though they had been cooked a day or so ahead them warmed up which made them even harder and drier. Hard to... chew(no pun intended). The fries were perfect. I did carry out. Maybe next time I'll dine in. My second time trying Hooters.Hopefully the third time will beat charm... If not, I'm Hooter's done for life. Read more
I?m tryna take my 1 star back but it won?t let me?. I spent $35 ON LUNCH BREAK mainly because (in my eyes) the prices wasn?t in... the menu? I have NEVER been somewhere were the prices weren?t on the menu? even a fancy restaurant puts the price on themenu!!! $35 for 8 wings some curly fries and fried pickles for the table WITHOUT tip is not a feasible lunch break I will NOT beback!
