My $14 dollar platter was a sandwich drenched in sauce to the point I couldn't eat a third of it before feeling sick. The meat... is good, but what's the point when they ruin it before giving to you. Most expensive bbq I have had while also being the worstunfortunately. Nice people. Read more
The lady behind the counter was not really friendly so it was a turn off since that is the first encounter when a guest visits.... We had the burnt ends sandwich with baked beans & hashbrown casserole. Although the sandwich was drenched in greasy sauce, theburnt ends were awesome as well as the beans. The hash brown casserole had an overwhelming flavor from whatever the green spicewas so I wasn't a fan. The brisket platter was cut too thin, dry and lacked deep flavor you hope to have with brisket. No saucewas provided on the tray or in the meat at all so we did have to ask a man to get us some, he was very nice! Brisket seemed likeit was older and reheated so we were highly disappointed since the meal was 19.99, we did get it with collards and okra and bothof those were good. The cornbread was good too. For the price of our lunch we were disappointed, especially in the brisket sincewe couldn't even eat half of it. May return for the burnt ends (and request the grease drip out or bread on the side) if we arein that area of town but if you like brisket, I do not suggest trying it here as you will be disappointed. This is my 2nd time coming here. First time they were out of almost everything. Ended up getting the wings (great) was asked if... I wanted a roll and received hot dog buns instead. However, today I went and got the tips family meal and the rib family meal.When ordering, the lady asked if I wanted roll or cornbread, got the cornbread. Turns out it was 1.75 extra with each meal,didn't know it was extra until I got the receipt. I brushed it off. Got the food home, and plate made..... The Mac n cheese wasjust yellow, greens had no seasoning, the baked beans were nasty. The green beans were amazing. The tips and ribs had no smokering and tasted like jerky. I feel like the smoke flavor was from liquid smoke instead of the actual smoker. No sauce was evenoffered. The only thing that wasn't a disappointment today was the cornbread and green beans. I only give 2 stars for thatreason. Customer service was meh each time. Spent 75.00 on food only to be completely unsatisfied. Read more

Good food, good portions and plenty of sides. I got the dinner platter which came with cornbread and was so soft, the pulled... pork was two generous scoops with savor bbq sauce. The sides were normal sized cups of green beans and baked beans, both weredelicious. The green beans were very good and salty, the baked beans had a hint of maybe a beer based sauce but it wasawesome! Come on in and give them a try you'll like it! Read more
