I don't even know what's going on anymore paid 16 dollars for a thick burger and an order of onion rings then when I get to the... window the young lady asks for a tip and I said sure um 2 dollars I guess she scoffed like it annoyed her then she says it hasto be 2.77 because that's the lowest option so I said sure whatever, then she didn't even say thank you. Like whats wrong withthe world no one has manners, prices of everything is skyrocketing, and then I'm supposed to help pay these employees wageswhile the businesses get rich and laugh at everyone in their big mansions? Update....one week later and they still have not changed the order board. This has been going on for quite sometime so buyer... beware. I wish I could add a picture to my review. The prices advertised on their drive thru board are far below the pricesthey charge. A pork chop biscuit combo advertises at $5.69 but when I got to the window it's $8.79!!!! 30¢ of that is up chargefor a small soft drink instead of coffee (really?!) And the rest is just bad pricing. I get it that prices go up but that's aridiculous hike and when you don't change the board, it's just shady business (and I'm pretty sure it's illegal.....falseadvertising). We have been at this Hardees 3 times in the past month. We like their food. However our main complaint is the temperature on the... inside. It is always freezing on the inside. This time we had to take our food and eat it in the car. Why in the world would youwant the inside that cold. Not only are you cold but your food gets cold before you even get half of it down. The other twoHardees in Louisville are a joy to go inside and eat. If this one is owned by the same person they need to check it our and findout why it is that cold in there. Read more

Horrible service, cold Horrible food. I guess since it was close to closing they didn't want to make new foods or fix fountain... drinks. My fries weren't even full and they were so cold and old!! The lady at window was so rude! Go to a different place if Iwas you or stand there and make sure your food is fresh!! It was gross!! I'd give 0 stars if it'd let me! Had my food delivered, it arrived warm, but that's more of a problem with the delivery. I was surprised at how large the burger... fir the kids meal was. Ordered a milkshake. The size was kinda dissapointing for the price. Not really that good either. Mychicken strip had a lot of hard dried out pieces in it. But not bad. The shick for me was the apple turnovers. They were sogood. I got 2 turnovers for $1.09. I'm not a pie person. (Don't like cooked fruit.) But these were delicious!!!! Read more
So, I bragged on Hardee's to my parents. My Mom likes a good burger and I always thought Hardee's had good burgers. I took my... daughter over there to spend time with them and talked them into Hardee's. So, my Dad goes up there to buy 2 burgers and achicken sandwich for himself. Well when he gets home he realizes that they didn't put his chicken sandwich in the bag. So, my 85year old dad has to drive back to Hardee's to get his chicken sandwich.
