I did an online order paid for it got my email confirmation to pick up my order through the drive-through I get to the... drive-through and tell the manager that I am picking up an online order and he tells me there is no online order and I tried toexplain to him that I have an email confirmation saying that Hardees received my order and he kept telling me there?s nothingthat he can do for me the manager who was there on. 9/2 is worthless non-helpful worst management skills I have everexperienced in my life I will never be back to this Hardee?s ever again Read more
I gave my order to the lady at the drive thru. I told her if I can get the buy one get one free of the hand breaded chicken... tenders and that I use their app.to join in because you have to download it to get the freebies. I told her that I tried to doit on the Google but it took awhile for Google to give me a code to get the app. which I tried to explain to the girl about theproblem in trying to get their app.tp download. She states she is not sure of the app and will talk to her Mgr. Now, I was atthe drive thru and the Mgr states that they can't take my order because their machine isn't working or it crashed so to trygoing there tomorrow. The lady in the drive-thru should have told me that instead. They could not get their thing together! Iinstead went to Rally's across next to their restaurant.
