Went in today an was very happy with the outcome. I had a birthday coupon that didn't work for some reason the night before at... another nearby Frisch's. I just paid for my burger last night because it was no big deal. The coupon was still on my app so Ifigured it was still good. Well I went to this location and it again didn't work correctly. The host and manager were very quickto assist and honor the coupon. Needless to say, I was pleased they were able to help. They mentioned the app and the rewardsprogram have/has a few bugs. As I was waiting for my burger to go, I saw that the app said I redeemed it the night before, eventhough I didn't get to use it. Let me finish by saying thank you for all y'all do in there and the Craft Butcher Burger is somuch tastier than the Big Boy (no offense, love them too ????). We came with a party of three adults and one toddler on 08/16/2022 slightly before 3pm. We were seated by Angie and it became... obvious this poor lady was running the restaurant solo. She did a wonderful job! She took orders, bussed tables, ran theregister, and I?m pretty sure she was cooking, too! She was super attentive and engaging, and checked on the customersfrequently so we never had a lack of anything. It was by far one of the best experiences we?ve had at any restaurant. The foodwas good. Nothing fancy, but hot and delicious! After a long day at the zoo we were very happy to have such a wonderful dinner.Thank you! And kudos to Angie! Read more
Food is always great. But if it weren't for the waitress and her sweet daughter I WOULD not go back. If they lose them they just... as well close. Unless they can get help like them. I?m in town from Nashville for work and couldn?t decide where to eat all morning. I finally decided on this place and I am glad... that I did. The food was fresh at the bar. The general manager Addie went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of andthat my food was up to par. Poooor service when we were there on 4/20 and arguing going on between workers. Only one person really working on staff. I?m... glad my food was good because we traveled to get this food. I used to eat at these places all the time and they were known fortheir service and food. It?s gone very down hill. Glad my chili tasted right. The breakfast my boyfriend got was not verygood. Angela, our waitress, was courteous and efficient. She is very good and Frisch's should find staff members who are as good at... her job as she is. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The portions were about right for a meal. Read more
We had the breakfast bar this morning. It was fairly decent for the price. Food was fresh, but didn't particularly care for the... sausage links.
