We went here for burger week. They had advertised that they were making two different burgers, but they weren\'t, they only made... one. Also they advertised that they had a cocktail special for burger week, they did not. They also advertised that they had abeer special for burger week, and they did not. I agree with most reviewers here!\nThe person was not attentive. Got bibimbap and the menu said over easy egg but it was over... well. I went back and said, ?I hate to be this person, but is it possible to get an over easy egg??. The person behind thecounter threw their head back, sighed and rolled their eyes and said I will have to wait. I said ?it is fine if it?s not toomuch of a hassle?. I then asked them ?if they were annoyed and if that?s the case I don?t need one?.\nI can live without an overeasy egg for a $14 bibimbap.\nAnyway to summarize, too much attitude for below mediocre food! Ordered from this place today. You lady who took our order was extremely rude and did not acknowledge us for a while. Once she... took our order she flung the device at us on the counter and said your order will be ready when it rings and walked away. Notexpecting to be pampered but some politeness would be nice especially for your customers.\n\nWhen I received my food it wasbarely warm and cold in most parts.\n\nReally disappointed in my experience with this visit. I loved my ?build a bowl? I ordered today. Vegetarian option: Noodles as base. Then, tofu with 3 sides- corn, avocado & edamame.... I ordered extra sauces, too, siracha, garlic soy sauce & chili thai sauce. Cilantro on top. Overall, it was delicious.Recommend ?? Read more
The poke bowls are the main reason we order here, and they are fantastic - flavorful, quality ingredients and a good ratio of... protein and toppings to rice! We\'ve tried a few other dishes and also been pleased. They will call and ask to sub a diffprotein if what you ordered is out of stock which is nice. Often we find small mixups with some of the toppings and I\'m notsure if it\'s due to a mistake or if they are subbing for out of stock items ..... but all in all it\'s not a big enough deal tokeep us away. Amazing poke bowls! One of the only places in Louisville that offers noodles instead of just rice in their poke bowls.
A friend and I went to the Logan street market today for the first time I wanted to try the bibimbab so I asked if it came in a... stone bowl the girl was confused about my question which kind of gave me the notion that they had no clue what I was talkingabout and I should have kept walking but I got a bowl of food that was uncooked no flavor which means they had no clue what theywere doing and they wasn\'t asian so I wouldn\'t recommend this place to anyone and it is over priced Read more
