So I order my burger all the way without tomato because I'm allergic, and a bunless hot dog for my youngest son because he has a... list of allergies including anything dairy. So we get home and my burger has tomato on it and my sons hot dog was on a bun withcheese. So I spent $40 for food me and my son couldn't even eat. Terrible customer service, a bunch of people behind the counter and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Placed an online... order and was supposed be ready at a certain time? Two simple burgers was over 20 minutes late, with no explanation but I stoodthere and watched every employee walk around like they was confused the whole time.. Don't get me wrong, sautéed onion and mushrooms are good on burgers, and you can get whatever you want on them. This was a... small stop with my Fiancé since we havent had them in years, but prepare to spend $17-$20ish per person for the greasiestburger you could ask for. Made me feel sick to my stomach after. Food was ok. Employee at the register was nice. There are gnats around the sink area and ketchup area. When I went to get... ketchup squeezed out, gnats flew out too. So I got the packaged ketchup. Which was sticky and stuck together (maybe a ketchuppack had exploded sometime, and it got all over stuff). Gnats stuck on the walls around the condiment area, after I furtherlooked, a couple of them followed us too the table, I guess it was wanting the food/ketchup. Won?t be going back to that FiveGuys.
