The restaurant had a weird smell as if someone cleaned with a dirty towel or mop. The soda machine was out of most flavors. ... More than likely it was the time of day I visited. I've heard many good things about this establishment however, the location on... outer loop at 7pm is not and will not be the time in which i visit again, if I visit at all. Lack of supplies and work ethic hadme leaving with nothing but a large drink. A good friend of mine ordered a couple of subs, one of which was to be heated. Meatwas put in the warmer without being turned on. He took both his subs out the door cold, heated up at the house. Just anotherexample of poor employees ruining a good name business. Read more
I'm giving this place four stars because the food was great and the service was fast. It was first time eating there and the... cashier was nice but the woman making the sandwiches was extremely rude. She was giving us dirty looks the whole time when shewas making the sandwiches and it made us feel uncomfortable but we were still polite and friendly towards her.Maybe she washaving a bad day. On arrival the lady in front of us experienced. She had to drive back to get her order corrected. I placed my daughter and my... order. We decided to eat in. Guess what Totally wrong order. They had no lids for our drinks. So we were giving a bigger cupwith a lid and the straws were to small and fell into the cup. Time of order was 4:24 Sat. 2-27-2021. Drove 20 miles to get a New York Steamer and they were out of meat. Asked for Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket instead,... wouldn?t you know it... out meat for that as well. My brother who was with me ordered a Club sandwich, which after waiting over10 minutes was taken to the wrong table. Employee didn?t seem concerned when we questioned him about our food. This place is better than the subway. The quality of the sandwich and ingredients do not give the processed taste, look and... flavour. The location I went to was fairly large and had more than 2 people working. The staff was courteous and professional. Iadded black olives and jalapenos to my veggie sandwich and the amount was an overkill. Moderation would have gone a long way. Ifyou want a sandwich, try this place first if you have not been to it before going to the usual. They make donations to the firedepartment from every sandwich sold. Read more
