The food was horrible. I am really upset with how my pizza-baked spaghetti was made without that much pasta sauce and it seem... like it was old. The breadsticks were gross too! Save your money and time by not eating here! Read more
This Fazoli?s has been over the top wonderful every time I have been here. The customer service cannot be beat. The staff at... this location are always so nice and so attentive. They make you feel welcome and they are on top of cleanliness inside therestaurant. The food is hot and accurate. The pepperoni pizza had cheese under the pepperoni pieces and on top of them too! Thatmade for an excellent bite. The new garlic chicken ravioli was out of this world good. I really hope they keep it on the menu.The Chicken Parmesan was great per usual. The portion sizes were large, especially for the price. They had to go boxes in thecafe ready for customers who dined in to grab when they were ready if they needed it and I really liked how convenient that was.The condiment bar was stocked up, organized, and clean. I really cannot suggest this Fazoli?s location enough if you?re lookingfor a quick Italian meal on the cheap. Get to the restaurant at 9 PM? while They are open until 10 the Lobby was closed due to staffing (even tho I counted 6 people).... I get it?.. Went to the drive-through asked for extra breadsticks since the lobby was closed and we couldn?t get them by eatinginside? We were told that the manager said no due to the cost of inventory. Had the lobby been open it would have not been anissue. The lady working the drive-through, who is new, it was very sweet. The lady in the attached photo was cussing because weasked for the extra bread sticks. We ended up purchasing additional breadsticks and then the Lady in the attached picture wascussing because we were holding up the line. Read more
