Placed an online order earlier this morning Wednesday October 12th, 2022. My brother went to go pick it up for me. They forgot 6... of my donuts which was fine. I called up there this young girl, who was very sweet apologized and asked me to come back up thereand said she?d have them ready for me when I got up there. I went back up there with my brother waiting at the pick up line. Anolder African American lady maybe in her late 20s early 30s with braids (not the same girl I talked to on the phone) was there.She was standing behind the counter on her phone. I said ?Hello? she looked and me and rolled her eyes. I explained to her thatI was there to pick up the donuts missing from my order. She shoved the box into my hands. We were in on a busy Friday morning, visiting from out of town. There were only 2 staff members working. The line was long l was... about to tell my daughter we couldn?t have Dunkin, but she begged! Thank you Dunkin' 4th Street and owner, Amit, for providing breakfast items during my recent family reunion....went above and... beyond to have our bulk coffee, donuts and rolls available each day when needed. Doesn't matter that the... 4 people behind the woman ordering 3 dozen donuts only want a cup of hot coffee. Maybe a dedicated line to customers who want aplain coffee would be a good idea? Read more
This was a nice clean cafe with cheap prices. Great for on the go snacking or having a relaxing time out. I tried the new... Donut Fries which were a good snack with a light cinnamon sugar dusting;would like to have a frosting dip. Also tried thewaffle batter chicken tenders, pretty good but not excellent, a mildly sweet crust. Would be better if there was a syrup dip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Read more
