This location has really gone down hill since new management. 50% chance you?ll get a decent server and not have to wait 20... minutes after being sat for a drink. The food is mediocre at best. Forget about online ordering. I used to love this place. Read more

Was good food, however the server could not handle the amount of people we had in our party. All in all the food was pretty... good. The server needed to communicate better with the table on what was taking things such a long time in the kitchen. Willdefinitely be back. Read more

On Saturday, 11/12/22, my family and I visited the Cracker Barrel in Fern Creek, Louisville, KY, 10150 Brookridge Village... Blvd. We walked in about 2 pm, and waited at the hostess stand almost 10 minutes before being greeted. The hostess didn?t eventalk to us and walked us to our seat in silence. Multiple tables were littered with dirty dishes and there was food all over thefloor underneath the table, but no one offered to sweep it up. We sat for over 15 minutes before we were greeted and waitedanother 10 to get our drinks. We were there for over an hour and a half and there was no wait. When my son got his pancakes, one was totally messed up and inedible. The other two were misshapen and barely cooked on one side. When I mentioned that thepancakes looked odd, the waitress shrugged and said, ?we just have different cooks?. My boyfriend?s scrambled eggs were notfully cooked and runny yolk floated throughout. My over medium eggs were barely cooked and extremely runny. The bacon? usuallymy favorite part of my meal at Cracker Barrel, was so undercooked and floppy and made me sick looking at it. Being a previousserver myself, I assumed they were just understaffed and it was just an off day and we ate what we could withoutcomplaining. However, when we got home, I had the worst stomach issues I have had in years. I was in the bathroom for hourswith stomach cramps and pain and weakness. I hadn?t eaten anything else that day besides the Cracker Barrel. Possibly someonefrom corporate needs to check on this location and make sure they are cooking to standard and not struggling to stay inbusiness. We will not be returning to this location again in the future, even if it is convenient to our home address. Thisexperience soured our opinion of the restaurant and we will not choose Cracker Barrel ever again as a first choice. Read more

Went to Cracker Barrel this morning for Breakfast. We had to wait about 25 minutes before being served, which went fairly quick... due to us looking at everything that was for sale in the waiting area. They have some lovely gifts, clothes, etc.etc. our foodwas delicious. Overall, our dining experience was great!!!! Good times. Read more

Ordered online for Curbside pickup. The online process worked well, advised food would be ready at 8:12 p.m. Arrived at Curbside... designated spot #10, used link to announce arrival at 8:05. Waited, and waited. Called, and called, 7 times! No answer. FellowCurbside pickup waitee gave up waiting and went in at 8:40 and brought a server with my food, now cold, out to me. No apology, just stated they didn't know I was there. No excuse for unanswered phone call. Really. Cracker Barrel is off my online orderlist! They say Covid is over but not at Cracker Barrel! Update: Changed rating after speaking with the Store Manager whopatiently and politely explained that a communications equipment problem was the culprit and offered me a free meal. I'll tryagain as their food is always good with variety. Read more

You have employees standing chatting. Dinning area is extremely dirty. In the 40 minutes we waited for our food the tables... were never cleaned. This restaurant was completely empty and no one was doing their jobs. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Host said they called our name and if they did we didn?t hear it as he sounded very muffled. So waited an additional 30... minutes. Table wasn?t bussed when we got to it so we had to stand waiting for them to barely clean the table. The floor lookedlike the previous table had just been dumped on the floor. Service was good. Food was mediocre, but then again it?s CrackerBarrel. Probably won?t return to this location. Read more

Had a great late day breakfast w/ family from out of town. Our server was new, she forgot my biscuits. But everybody starts... somewhere, am I right? Once she gets the hang of it she?ll be a great waiter, I?m sure of it. I still tipped her the normalamount 20%, she was dealing with a table of us, all in our 60?s. That is never easy. Bet she never expected that. I like toexceed expectations, it was a small problem no big deal. I appreciate her efforts. Read more
