Had a great time at Couvillion today. We got one on one time with Chef "Tiny" and she explained a lot about the menu,... ingredients and techniques they use. I loved the Pork Rinds and the Smoked Cornbread appetizers. I had the Turnip Cake, ongrits with okra and tomatoes. It was delicious and original. I can't wait to go back, for a couple favorites and to trysomething new! All of the staff was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience! Read more
The food was so delicious! We came here to refuel after the Kentucky Derby Mini Marathon and we had the gumbo, fried green... tomatoes, fried brussel sprouts, and gulf shrimp. I wish we would have had room for dessert because they sounded delicious too! Read more
