I ordered about an hour ahead of time , I get there and it wasn?t ready . There were 3 people working up front , two boys one... girl . The shorter boy was very attentive and apologized and tried to complete my order as quick as possible . I did feel badfor him because when he asked the girl to help him she almost gave him attitude and she was very rude in my opinion. We loadedour freezer up with snacks so we spent 75$ + so for the money spent I wouldn?t say it was worth it with the service received. Ordered DIY cupcakes 4 days before my child?s birthday. Arrived at the pick up date and time listed on my email to find they... were not ready and was told they would not be able to fulfill the order at all. I was given poorly decorated generic cupcakesfrom the freezer out front. I could have done this myself for less money and less stress. Now I am left scrambling 2 hoursbefore my child?s party. This location has terrible customer service. I got in the store a little after 8pm and around 8:26pm one girl was cleaning... tables and was turning customers away saying they are closed. When a customer suggested she help get the line down she snappedback and said thanks for the suggestion but we are closing the lobby. By the time I got up to the line to get my order, my icecream was nearly melted and cup was not full. I had to ask for more ice cream to be added. During this time both workers weretalking about other customers. After we were done we stood outside to eat and I observed they locked the doors at 8:47pm. This is my THIRD TIME I?ve had to leave this location because they didn?t have simple CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. I don?t understand... why they don?t have back up chocolate, this is the only location I go to and I don?t come here often, but almost every time Icome now they don?t have chocolate ice cream and it?s just really sad after you wait in a giant line to be told there?s nochocolate ice cream?AGAIN. We ordered a Birthday cake on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday at 7:00. We ordered it online and paid for it all in the same... transaction. I drive 40 minutes to pick it up on Sunday and they don't have it and they can't give me a refund because themanager wasn't in. I've been calling ever since and no one picks up the phone. Now I have to drive back out there and hope amanager is in. You would think after paying $50.66 for the cake, they could at least get it right!!! Read more
Dear manager/owner please hire someone to supervise the teenagers you have working. It?s a complete mess in there. This was our... go-to place (we love the ice-cream) but now I will choose another location. The line is out the door because out of three, oneemployee was actually taking orders. Two were walking around trying to cut the brownie with a plastic knife and then the otherfound the knife in the sink, but ended up dropping the brownie on the back counter and then putting it in my ice-cream. One wasrepeatedly asking the others to help with orders. They aren?t cleaning up or wearing gloves. My founder?s favorite ended up withsomeone?s leftover sprinkles. They are playing around, making jokes and I get it, they?re kids! I?m more disappointed by whoeverowns/manages this location. But as long as the customers keep coming and the line continues out of the door, it probably doesn?tmatter to them. I read the other reviews which pretty much echo everything I have experienced the last few times we havevisited? always different employees, all teenagers, same issues. It?s not one bad experience, this is ongoing. But there arecustomers that are still coming in and waiting for this poor service so this will probably continue. This was probably my lastvisit.
