I am APPALLED and ENRAGED that you would have me .. a pregnant woman standing here waiting to be serviced when no one else is in... line. Several people looked at me and saw I was waiting to place my order and exactly 0 people came over to inquire if I wasbeing helped. Nevertheless I walked over to the other side where the bar was to get help. A woman approached me and asked if Ineeded help and I said yes, I wanted to place a to go order. After I advised her to that I did she disappeared and didn?treturn. Several other people asked if I needed help and I let them know a woman was supposed to be assisting me. They said shewas probably wrapping to go orders. After a few more minutes I left without being serviced. Absolutely unacceptable. Ok here's my experience. Our server dropped us as a table to another server. We were asked is we wanted chips and salsa while we... decided on our order. Once we placed our order, once our food arrived though my plate was correct I didn't get my sides. Mydates food was wrong all together. It took 15 mins for my server to return to correct the problem. His response to myunhappiness was "yeah,yeah,yeah" as he walked away.then came back minutes later with my dates food that had obviously just beensitting in the back cooling as he had grabbed the wrong food. So now we could both enjoy the room temperature food we wereserved. Refills on drinks were slammed in the table as he walked by without so much as a greeting. The food though room temp wasgood but our service was terrible.then it turns out the chips and salsa are not complimentary but we're charged for it. No realsurprise. No manager in site. No table checks done. As a restaurant manager I am embarrassed a store could be run this way. Iwill never eat at this location ever again. Read more
