I'm a frequent Chick-fil-A customer, and have been for the last two years due to necessity. This is one of the only fast food... restaurants I can eat at due to my allergies. I'm leaving this review because the outer loop location has proven itself to bestaffed with some of the nicest, and most kind employees out of all the Louisville locations. Every time I've visited, all theemployees have been so friendly and upbeat! (I know y'all have to say "my pleasure" when I thank y'all, but I'm just glad y'allactually seem like you're being treated well and enjoy working here!) I also wanted to give a special shout out to Spencer, whoabsolutely made my day when I was feeling rough. I will be coming back to this location all the time!! Read more
Good quality food but not overpriced. The drive thru is the fastest of just about any other restaurants I have even been too.... Don't let a long line stop you from eating here, they move quick! The waffle fries are excellent and so is their macaroni andcheese. The chicken is real chicken. Finally, the staff is always so friendly, especially at this location. Read more

Not only is the food great quality and delicious, the service here is beyond amazing. My car died while I was in the parking... lot, and the team didn?t hesitate to offer immediate help. Unfortunately I was so overwhelmed that I missed his name, but a verykind and reassuring man offered his own car to jump my battery. Horrible ..WRONG ORDER ..HAD TO DRIVE BACK..THEN BUNS WERE BURNT BLACK !! TASTED LIKE BURNT UP FOOD. I ordered 3 sandwiches... kale crisp brown rotten dried up kale coke large fries. The last couple times I have been there my order has been wrong. My boyfriend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich no pickles and he... got a old open chicken sandwich made completely wrong and when he called up to the store POLITELY the person who answeredrefused him a refund or to replace his food how it was supposed to be made then proceeded to get an attitude and hang up on him. Normally, Chick-fil-A is a no brainer. This time though, we didn't get straws or spoons. The kids meals had nuggets instead of... strips. The salad was skimpy and one fry was only half full. We were traveling and didn't have time to go back and ask for it tobe corrected so we lived with it but were definitely disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful just maybe not competent.
