Ever since this location closed for renovations earlier this year it has become a complete wreck. I don't remember the last time... I got an order here that was actually complete. I usually just forget it but it's getting to the point of being outrageous. Myhusband and I order from this place three times or more a week because it's the only location anywhere near us. Today it wasjust a missing brownie, last week it was an entire missing sandwich, earlier last weeks it was a missing brownie again and itjust goes on. I caught the missing brownie last week and went in to get it and the guy behind the counter acted like I was justdown right lying about it. I don't even care whether they were to give it to me or not I just want to be able to place an orderand get my food I cannot believe what a change has taken place here as a result of being closed for only a few weeks. This is probably the least efficient drive thru at a Chick-fil-A I have ever sat through. Waited almost 30 minutes and had to... walk to the front after being parked to get our food. our food was sitting there ready but they had forgotten to bring it out. Read more

Glenmary -Louisville location. I contacted the Corp office to share a concern regarding my customer service experience at this... store. Unfortunately the store owner has never contacted me to follow up or hear the details of my experience. Over a period of3 weeks to be exact I contacted the store to speak with Rachel or Jarrod. My initial inquiry was regarding a donation requestfor a local non profit to support inner city at-risk youth. To my dissatisfaction I was met each week and each call withrepeated disregard. Less than a week before the event the store contact Jarrod tells me the request is denied. He have nofurther details not even confirming if the information I carefully compiled for this program had been reviewed. I?ve worked withmany restaurants in the past, but this left a bad impression. Not only was the communication and timeliness poor, but theresponse was inept. The entire process was handled with no regard on the part of Chick filet-A. Within a 48hr time frame anotherrestaurant owner called me and when I told them of my experience with Glenmary -they compassionate offered to help this cause.To this day I have not received a response from Chick fil-A Read more
