Their prices are rising, not surprisingly but the quality of the salads is going down. Apart from using cabbage as a filler... there are now bits of rotten salad leaves in them. Really unfortunate as they were the Best fresh and fast prepared salads handsdown! Even the Spotlessly clean has now turned into floor debris evident. Used to be a spotless place no matter how busy. I customly travel from my duty station in Radcliffe to attend church and stop at this establishment. I used my food earned... points on my mobile app to do curbside. I ordered a chicken BLT and recieved the new spicy grilled chicken Sandwich. HonestlyI'm humble enough to eat what is given but I cannot consume spicy food. However once I check my meal it was too late for I hadalready departed. I come in the next day to see if my points could be refunded or if I could be compensated for my food. I wastold sorry our "policy is same day return." I explained that based on the situation. I could not return it because of timelimitation. Then the rep disregarded and dismissed my concern and said I'm sorry would you like to place an order before I wasfinished explaining. I just looked at him for a moment (upset) and ordered. I then waited for about 12 minutes for my food andso did another couple. The same guy brings out there shakes and apologized for their wait and gave them two complimentarychik-fil-a cards. Then look at me with a sarcastic look and walked away. I remained professional, got my food and left. I willnot say it's racism but it is surely a convert way to express it. I am not a happy customer nor Soldier that has to protectpeople who can not even show common courtesy to fellow man. Even a simple apology would have been gracious, but not even that. The spice milkshake is crazy good. Tastes like a pumkin pie milkshake! The Mac N Cheese is also real good. Of course the chicken... sandwitches with Colby cheese are great. There is also cheese sauce or Chick-Fil-A sauce to go on the side for waffle fries.Sweet tea is also a plus here. The staff work hard and are always nice. Balk! BALK! Thank you Chick-Fil-A! Read more
The best chicken nuggets i have eaten so far and Sauces are very delicious. Not to pricey but still high quality.
Worst CFA in America! From the second I arrived in the drive thru until my order was delivered: worst ever. Girl in the drive... thru rolled her eyes! Then made my way to the window to pu order: staff drinking at the window, manager inappropriately chattingw girls. No one was making food/drinks. Staff standing around doing nothing. This location needs new management immediately andtrain staff to CFA standards. Food was served cold and burnt I?m so disappointed. Read more
The food and service were both great, as usual. The dining experience was just OK, employees on break were being very loud and... disruptive; running around and being hyper, face-timing their friends, etc. they usually act like this at this location, so itis better when dining in to go to the Springhurst. Thankfully the employee was pleasant and I wouldn?t expect anything less but curbside service is not the best. Thought it might... go quickly bcz the drive thru is always crazy backed up but it was like we were forgotten while the drive thru rolled rightalong. Will not be using curb side here again. Read more
Revisited review: Big improvement here-food is now warm-portion sizes the same now as other chick fil A's . Even the biscuits... are better. Stay the course! Read more
