We were searching for Jamaican and Google directed us here. Disclaimer, it's not , it's Haitian so similar. We had the curried... goat and Oxtail with rice and beans. If you know what curried goat is suppose to taste like then you will not like this at all.Was very watery and more seasoned and to be cooked longer. This place is absolutely phenomenal !!! The gentleman running the register was very friendly and polite. Didn't take long to get... my order to go. The flavors were absolutely perfect. The food was amazing!! Great service!! We ordered a fried beef, fried pork, and fried chicken plate. They were all delicious and... came with rice and beans, fried plantain, salad, a side of pikliz and sauce. Great portion size and very delicious food. Wecalled 30 minutes in advance and they had it ready for us as soon as we arrived. They also have a delicious bakery connected tothe restaurant that sells Haitian patties and other Haitian pastries and fresh juices!!! Such a gem!!! Read more
Awsome place for good food and GREAT customer service. I had the tasso but came for the snapper which they were out of. Why is... it only black establishments (my people) never have everything on the menu? There's a grocery store directly accross the streetand you don't have any fish. GO TO THE STORE!!!!! This place is not that busy for you to run out of food. I wanted to give it 5star but both times I've been here I've always had to change my order cause they didn't have what I originally wanted. Tired ofthis....And after giving her a nice tip I also felt she skimped me on my meat. Food was good but need to take their businessmore serious. Read more
