I ordered through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. The fries were so old and hard where they have been using the... same oil over and over again plus they had been sitting under the heated lamp forever, we threw them away. Next the whopperswere cold as could be and they must have run out of whopper buns because they put it on these little buns where half the whopperwas hanging out of the bun all the way around. The Dr. Pepper was all u e so you got maybe four drinks out if it before it wasgone. Thus place was a complete waste of money and your time. A lady who discriminates against Latinos works at this place. I have come three times for the drive true and today was the last... time. My English is not perfect, but I communicate quite well and I understand. I can perfectly have a conversation with anyone. Now all burger kimgs are not the same. This bk is run the right way in my eyes. Chris is the stores main mgr. I make a big deal... usually if its well worth getting excited over in a good or extremely a bad way. This bk is excellent in every way you can find.Dianne has been here everyday that ive come in here. Its clean its run properly. The dinning are is always clean. The funnything is ive been on. Both shifts and there is no difference. That means that all mgmt is on the same page. This group of peoplethat Chris has put together is equally wonderful on both shifts identically. When you a find TEAM like this one you are leftawe. Im in bks all over the country ive never witnessed what im telling on both shifts. Its either 1 shift is great amd theother is terrible. Not this one. Chris a personal msg to you im not sure how you got so lucky to have a team like this but youvetrained these people well you should be very proud of this amazingly wonderful group of people you ve made into A BURGER KINGTEAM. Went through the drive through for 3 original chicken sandwiches with cheese, large onion ring, and a happy meal. There was no... cheese on any of the sandwiches and the onion rings tasted like rubber. I will not be going back to this place. Read more
