Zero Stars.. Culvers in Right Next Door if you want better quality and service .. Lady was management and did not wash her hands... after touching cash multiple times. Told what appeared to be the manager and it was shrugged off as if i said nothing... If youwant to get sick from poorly handled food go here and have the lady wearing oxygen to make your food. When you get there youwill have the same feeling i felt when your seeing food prepared . Read more

Extremely rude employees!!! If this is the Burger King on Chamberlain and Westport Rd. I asked the older white lady that was... working the drive thru, if I could place my order at the door, since the lobby was closed and I was driving my company work 650Chevy truck. The lady agreed to it, but obviously did not make it known to her co-workers that I was standing at the door,waiting to have my order taken. Her co-workers seen me but never acknowledged me nor came to the door to at least see what Ineeded. I really had a taste for Burger King and got disappointed when I was basically refused service, because those employeeswere too nasty and rude to come to the door to see what I wanted. I got my Burger King on Hurstbourne Parkway, net to Culver's,and the lady working the drive thru, was very friendly and also the lady that was leaving work, was friendly and helpful. Thelady leaving work, offered to go back inside to let them know that I was in my work truck, so I could get my order taken, but Isaid that I would try to go through the drive thru since they was super short of help. Burger King on Chamberlain and WestportRd, could learn a lot from the employees at the Burger King on Hurstbourne Parkway. They were just down right rude and I willnever go to that Burger King again. We placed a mobile order for the taylorsville rd location was charged and went to pick up our order only to find the store was... closed at 530pm on Sunday. We tried to cancel our orders but could not. We drive to this location and the assistant managerjennifer was more the happy to assist us and gave up our order at the app price as we could no longer use our apps to ordersince the other location took our order and charged us. I visited this location for lunch today. They had only 2 cars in their drive thru and 1 customer inside eating. I thought this... would be a quick stop, however it was not. It took 15 mins to get my 2 whoppers, no fries and a soda. The restaurant was clean,however the staff seemed a little distracted or disorganized. While I was waiting for my food there was a customer that cameinside and said they'd been waiting in the drive thru and was sick of waiting and wanted to know what the problem was. Keep inmind there were only 2 cars in line. Needless to say I got my food and left finally. Take a look at my sad little Whopper..this is exactly how it looks right out of the bag. I ordered the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a large fry.. almost $10..I asked for 2 marinara sauces? didn?t mind to... pay extra. They didn?t include them and the sandwich looked like it had set for at least 30 minutes, dry and maybe?maybe 1teaspoon of sauce on the sandwich. Had to throw it away when I got home!!! Read more
