Public Claim manager of Louisville Ky. Burger King. 10001 Will Way, Louisville, KY 40291 Today, November 14, 2022, Time... 11:35am. We were on the outskirts (Parking), of Burger King, when we decided to enter to eat, First main entrance, Closed,second entrance, Closed, both doors were closed, We knocked on the door, to please open it, since it was doing very cold, theyjust looked at us and in a contemptuous and xenophobic way, they mocked and turned their faces, as if nobody existed as a signof help, we just wanted to eat, we are frequent customers at Burger King, but today we saw and are witnesses of inequalityhuman, a customer was sitting enjoying his food, who, seeing how we asked them to open the door for us, lowered his head so asnot to see the act of discrimination, because he was a friend of the Burger King staff, that customer was inside. I make knownthis act of discrimination against BurgerKing staff, which may very possibly be happening, without public knowledge. Annex,reference images. Thanks. Read more

I had already made a 4 star review but i wanted to give them another review... the Fern Creek BK has some really GREAT... EMPLOYEES! . That is saying a lot now days..most every fast food joint employees are rude & act like they hate their job, butnot this one! They are always polite,and helpful, They should be recognized for how good they do!! Ive been going to thislocation for a few years, we have a business close by, and i use to work at the Walmart by BK and in all those years I've neverhad a problem with the service or my food. One time recently my order wasnt very good, it was cold. But that is Not the norm,usually the food is fresh n hot. I go there often so that is very good to only have 1 mess up. Thanks Fern Creek BKemployees..you rock! 10/2022 EDIT - MOST PPL only do reviews to COMPLAIN They SHOULD Do Them When They Get GOOD SERVICE ALSO. Iread some of these reviews and wonder how many times have you been here with No Problems??? Why don't you let that be knownalso??!!! I do have to agree on the drive thru design, when im driving a big truck i have a hek of a time getting thru, but ican do it, so others can to. It's also NOT the Employees fault , they didn't design the drive thru. Call the business office tocomplain about that Karen & Kyle. Read more

My husband went to the drive through. The order was correct and the food was good. The size of my husbands burgers were... disappointing. He ordered one of the new big burgers but his burgers honestly were the size of a mini burger like a slider. Mycoke was flat like maybe it had been sitting on the counter for awhile(?), the ice was melted already. My husbands drink was notwhat he ordered and it also was flat. Now we go there often and have had no complaints but this time was not right. Read more

Service was excellent. Food was good and the lobby was open. Fries were not hot is the only reason for 4stars. Manager was so... nice and answered the food quickly and politely. Read more

Only 3 people where working, making wait times very long. But was crazy was one of the workers locked the doors with customers... still inside to stop more from coming in. They had to ask her to unlock them in order to leave. Read more

5/15/21 I have been wanting a good burger all day during my route. After work, my partner and I stopped by ordered. My whopper... tasted fresh and as did the toppings too! My partner really liked his burger. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Good job! Read more
