My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for years. The ownership has changed a couple of times over those years. I... understand how difficult it was to keep up and running during Covid. We kept trying to support, but the bad service kept usaway. We went back a couple of months ago and there was a great improvement with new staff and management. We even talked tothe kitchen manager and told him how much better everything had gotten. Unfortunately, the last month we have had nothing butbad experiences. We have sat down and not been waited on and ended up leaving because they were so busy on Thursday TriviaNight. We like the staff and they are very personable, but they always appear to be understaffed. Last night we went for alate dinner (8:00) and almost every table was covered with empty dishes and had not been cleaned. We waited almost 10 minutesto have our drink orders taken. We both ordered the chicken fajitas, and there was not enough chicken to make two fajitas pereach order, It comes with three tortilla?s and there has always been enough chicken until last night. Also, the last four timeswe have went they have not had multiple types of wine that my wife will drink. A $37.00 bill for what we got last night is thebreaking point for us. We paid our bill and when we left, the tables had not been cleaned or anything picked up. Disappointedthat a neighborhood place we wanted to give business is no longer a place we will go to. Decided to try something that was listed on get upside. Came in near the end of a rush, it took forever to get recognized by a... server( I get they were busy, however having been a server in the past a "I see you and ill be with you as soon as I can" goesalong way.) The fish sticks were great, the Philly sandwiches left abit of disappointment though they weren't all bad, Priceswere reasonable for the portions.. Atmosphere is typical for a no frills neighborhood sports pub. Unfortunately nothing screamedat me this should be more than a one and done place to hang out. Read more
Waitress was nice but the wings were tough and no flavor. Fries were good but had to tell them to bring them out hot. Not sure... if I would recommend. Read more
Philly cheesesteak was flavorful and bread was fresh. Salads are OK but it?s hard to mess up one of those. Fish and chips were... OK but I?d classify the fish as either planks or sticks, not so much fillets. Chicken fingers appear to be freshly breaded withgood flavor. They have a Coke freestyle machine so you can get your favorite Coke flavor. SERVICE is friendly and on the nightwe were there there was a trivia contest going on which was kind of fun. First time coming here. Loved the food, loved the servers ( great people. Very nice. Give them a raise, they deserve it ????). I... had the steak tacos and my mom & brother had a burger and my atepdad had the surf and turf. Everything was exquisite and I woulddefinitely come back. They even have a touch tunes jukebox, which probabaly spooked people when I played "Demon's are a Girl'sBest Friend" by Powerwolf ???????? Read more
Steak Nachos were great. Food presentation of main courses looked slapped together. Rice looked like it was scraped off or out... of the bottom. The cut of meat in the fajitas trio was not very good. The shrimp we had was very lack luster and not seasonedproperly. Environment was nice. Place was clean. Food was eatable. Menu was well constructed featuring signature dishes. Don't go they are severely understaffed. A mojito does not take an hour to make. Food was good the last time I was there but... they only have two people serving. Read more
