Great location. No one has service or speed like Chick-fil-A (take notes Arby's) but this location isn't bad. Typical fast food... joint. Read more

I came last week with a email coupon for my birthday for just a free small fry and free small shake with purchase of a sandwich.... Not even a great coupon. The coupon states show this email to them. I went in the drive thur and told the cashier and I pulledaround and the manager was waiting for me. He told me they DON'T HAVE A SCANNER AND THEY CAN'T SCAN THE EMAIL. I said itstates show them the coupon. HE AGAIN TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HAVE A SCANNER AND THEY DON'T TAKE ARBY EMAIL COUPONS. He wasn't evennice about it, he looked angry that I tried to use it, like I was scamming him. So I paid and left and called corporate. Theytold me that on his register there is a button for birthday coupons and all stores are trained for this. I did get a free mealout of this. I still love Arby's but I will never go back to this location again. Just wanted to say, their Corporate officereally cares and my 1 star rating is for this location only.
