Something is wrong with this whole scene. I'm up here right now and I asked for my chicken to be dropped fresh. I don't mind the... wait. Well as we asked it was told to come inside instead of pulling up to the front and having someone bring it out. So we goinside to stand there another 5 minutes and no one saying anything to us. Finally someone takes our order and we have to repeatanother 3 times what we want cause he don't know what he's doing. None of them seems to know what's going on and looks stressedthat people are coming in to order. I would personally get someone in there and retrain or do some firing and hiring. Read more
As a former employee you shouldn?t eat here. They never clean the ice container or the freezer that contains the ice. Every time... you get a drink from here you will find one or two fruit files. Not to mention the drive thur speaker is obnoxiously loud andwhenever you order every person inside can hear you with a headset and the employees make fun of how someone orders how theysound. Sometimes they all will come to the window to see how you look and laugh. Whenever I had a issue the manager never wantedto address it. I don?t recommend working here because you don?t get trained you get sent straight to the window by yourself andthere?s tons of drama here but they do hire anyone ! I love waiting in line for 20+ minutes for this trash. Literally a nugget, not even any meat just breading, on this slider,... cheese isn't even on it, it's inside the box. I order like 3 or 4 items and this is probably the 3rd time this has happened atthis location now. Employees just standing at the windows laughing the whole time. Read more
The food is usually good, warm, and plentiful. My problem is the dining room cleanliness. Had to ask for sauce cups, which tells... me they hadn't been out from behind the counter in a while. Next, the floor was sticky. The tables needed to be wiped down.Workers need to come out from behind the counter and do their jobs. Read more
