Ordered a French dip sub and large coke. They tell me at speaker they're out of sub buns and au just, so I order a roast beef... sandwich. I get to the window and they tell me they're out of Coke. Overall this Arby?s was fine. The food was good and the staff were nice. However it was a bit dirty, they had their sauce... pumps full but no sauce cups, and we did have to go back to the counter to ask for a part of the order that was missing. I go here frequently and today the service was rude. the lady that took my card was friendly but after i paid for my food the... man came to the window and shoved my drink in my hand and toss my bag at me and told me you welcome like i purchased somethingfrom him. it was a horrible experience. Made me give this place a 2nd thought about coming back. I only do 3 restaurant inthis area mostly because i have to take an early lunch due to me working an early shift. it may be a while before i return tothis one. i did not get to ask for my receipt because he shut the window in my face. They act like the store is closed before the closed. They get the order wrong all the time, the employees are rude and impatient... and I get it's a fast food restaurant, however they can't get simple directions correct. These guys act like the store is closedbefore closing time, they don't come to the speaker, they all hide in the back, stifling company time; again it's a fast foodrestaurant, I don't expect much, but the service and employees is distastefullly imbecilic.
