This is a very good pizza hut. The service was very friendly and they didn't mess up my order.
When you tired from a long days of work, and you order your food 30 minutes prior to your arrival time. You're expecting to... drive off and go home and eat after a long day's work. But unfortunately on the day I visit this location they took the wrongorder, they had the wrong food that wasn't even ordered. And also they were nice enough to give me new food and keep the foodthat they made a mistake on but I had to wait another additional 25 to 30 minutes and because they were rushing to give it to methey improperly cooked the food. Called in order 30 minutes in advance and arrived and they forgot to cook my pizzas. We are traveling so it was a huge... disappointment. That?s why we called in our order 30 minutes in advance. Sloppy service like this will put them out of business.Not stopping there any more. Read more
We ordered 4 pizzas on line from the OFTC campus, we went to pick the pizzas up they were not ready. The server was rude and... disrespectful. She said they did not have a public restroom, which they had a piece of paper over the door saying no publicrestroom. The server reach in and pulled the last 2 pizza out didn?t not open the boxes and the 2 pizza on the bottom was notdone when we got back to the campus. Thanks Read more
If you place an online order make SURE you get what you ordered. Just ordered 3 large pizzas and gut 3 medium pizzas. Their... information in the store showed medium but online order receipt shows large, just like was ordered. Local management said tocall corporate. Corporate said they could do something about it in 2 - 3 days. Local store did offer to make an additionalmedium to help out. Pizza Hut carry out will disappear before long, too, at this rate. No dine in stores around any more due topoor service. Read more
