Took my work crew out to lunch today. The dinning room was closed apparently. There was no sign on the door and instead of an... employee coming to the door to explain as we read the hours sign, we received a rude glare and them yelling something fromacross the store inside. I can only assume they were telling me to use the drive thru. We could have but instead chose someplaceelse. I own my own company and take pride in the way my employees handle customers and anyone else they may interact wit. Theemployees here were extremely unprofessional and I will avoid this Burger King anytime I'm in Louisville and I will tell all Iknow to do the same. Read more

This is the 2nd time I've gone to this location. I work 14hr weekends and it's next to my job, very convenient. Or so I thought.... First time I came here I tried the chicken sandwich meal. It was thin hard cooked breading in a bun. No chicken to be found.Today I went and got a whopper meal and added cheese. The meat was torn up and arranged in the bun.. they threw 3 sliced ofcheese stuck together on one side of the sandwich with all the toppings shoved in the same spot. They took 20 minutes to make our order and still messed it up twice and never actually got it right. The dining room was filthy,... as was the area behind the counter. Management clearly has no idea how to run a restaurant. Read more

Went this morning like I always do, never get breakfast always order a burger and fries for my breakfast, and never had an issue... until today. New worker (or at least for the morning, I'm a regular) was denied my normal order because all of a sudden theydont do lunch until a certain time???? Pull forward to see the young lady just playing on her phone.... Lost a regular customer.Won't be going back. Read more

Most recent visit to the dining room, the woman at the counter was obviously not happy and her body language was awful. She... yelled at another guest that voiced a complaint. Pretty obvious that the employee?s children are just playing in the diningarea. Dirty lots of flies. Never coming back. Read more

Staff are not patient at all when ordering and it shows in their work too. I have had burnt burgers, forgets to put ranch in the... bag after I ordered it, and asking if I?m done ordering after I only ordered a drink. Typically I like BK once or twice a month for a whopper or cheese burger snack, usually this one is pretty quick for the drive... through but the last couple times it's been really slow. So this time I decided to go in since the drive through had a big line,and it took two minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and the guy in front of me. The lady said she was the only one there andshe would be right with us. That day I had to be at work fairly soon and I didn't want to risk it so I walked out and went toMcDonald's next door, they had a line at the drive through as well but were very efficient and I got back on the road and got towork on time with a couple minutes to spare! The good: Staff tried to be friendly Said they were sorry when my order was wrong Fries were hot HOLY GUACAMOLE THE BAD: 25 mins... in the drive thru Had to remind window person to give my my fries and drink. (upgraded to large as apology, which wasgood) Sandwich was wrong. Went inside to fix sandwich. The replacement sandwich was wrong too. Ive worked fast food before andknow it can be rough, but when the people up front and the people making the food don't speak the same language, things fallapart. Read more
