It took 30 MINUTES to get ONE COMBO meal! The drive thru at Zaxbys in Louisburg?s is by FAR the worst in town! Many cars got in... line only to drive away after not even moving after 5-10 min. There were literally people in line SCREAMING out in frustrationfrom their car! The food is SO GOOD but majority of folks will not ever know bc they anticipate FAST food so they don?t wait 30min to find out! The only reason I did was bc I was getting food for a loved one. Great customer service. We tried a large order through the mobile app. It was not working properly so we called it in. The... staff member who took our order was extremely helpful. She was patient with our large order and placed it for us. When wearrived for pickup our order was bagged and we left. One item was missing and the restaurant called to let us know. Excellent food and those loaded fries are the bomb. Too bad employees don't talk about them and let you knowthey're back on the menu! All of the employees look and act miserable! NO. food was fine after they got the order correct, the cashier was basically laying down on the computer as she took my order,... so it was really no surprise she rang the order in wrong. the "100 flavor coke machine" was out of any syurp that wasn't diet?WHY?! Been a couple times, they are always slow, this time I went inside and the staff were all arguing with each other. One saying... that they hadn't gotten a break all day and the manager was arguing with them. The staff member walked out and the rest of thestaff were saying things like "They were just afraid of work" until they noticed I was standing there and hushed up. My ordertook 15 minutes to be ready after I ordered it and In that time I saw one person cooking food and one on the drive through asthe manager stood either staring at the order screen or her phone. They then didn't give me my full order as some of my combowas missing which I didn't notice until I got home and put the wrong sauce on the wings I ordered. Terrible service all the way around! It took well over 10 minutes to get my order after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. ... The cashier overcharged me. I thought my bill was high for a chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Didn?t notice until later Iwas charged for 2 drinks, 2 fries and sandwich. Only received a drink, fry and sandwich. Sent a message to customer serviceand basically told me to F-off with no cares or worries on their side. I wrote this review to warn people to spend that hardearned money elsewhere!
