Drive through cashier refused to add bacon on side after confirming bacon was already done, just asked to put in bag on side... Stated could not do must make a whole new hamburger with bacon and my family would have to go through drive through again afterwaiting in line How ridiculous! Food was decent, sweet tea was sour and disgusting and customer service was horrible. I ordered the super star with cheese,... asked for no tomato and I still got the tomato and onion rings extra crispy. They did a good job with cooking the food exceptwhen I got my food the manager asked if I wanted any sauce and I asked for bbq sauce and then she said she?d have to charge mefor the sauce 27 cents. I was a little annoyed and said No thanks the other stores don?t charge me for any sauces and as Iturned to walk away she yelled after me and said with an attitude ?well they should? I?m sure you don?t charge your customersfor ketchup. And it wasn?t that I wanted a whole hand full of the stuff I just wanted one packet. Good food ordered on the app waited 20 mins after getting to the store for my order. Waited 10 mins after putting in my order on... the app to go to the store. Was a simple order 3 plain burgers and one normal big star medium meals. Read more
