I placed my order online and, 2 mins later, received the notification that it had been started by John. Well after an hour and... no delivery showing up, we started calling the store and heard nothing but a busy signal for 45 minutes. I wanted my moneyrefunded so we drove to the store and I was informed (by John who claimed to be the manager but was ALSO the same one whostarted my order 2 hours earlier) my order had been canceled. When I asked who canceled it, I was told I must've canceled itbecause he didn't. Nope. I definitely wouldn't have driven to the store around 930pm if I had been the one to cancel my ownorder. The "manager" slammed the drive thru window closed as I was talking (their lobby doors were locked so no one was able togo into the store) and walked away. There is NO excuse for the pathetic treatment and absolutely no attempt to resolve what wasclearly a mistake on their side and, most probably, by the same guy I was dealing with. I won't recommend this location toanyone. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with any restaurant. Read more
