Salsa, salsa, salsa, I believe we have eat at ALL the Mexican restaurants in Boyd county..NONE of them come close to making the... type of salsa we are used to in Atlanta, a bit on the spicy side. This salsa is a bit tastier but their food is much betterthan it is in Boyd country..We prefer to go to Lawrence Co for Mexican. Read more

Staff greeted us with a warm welcome. Service came fast and they served food hot. Evidently heavy rain soaked a carpet (leaky... roof?). Food tasted nice and we had ample servings. Nice, open atmosphere. Read more

We?ve been regular customers for years at Toro as it?s the only Mexican restaurant nearby. We?ve gotten food poisoning on... several occasions and this was our final straw: A family meal for over $60 and we all got sick again. It?s overpriced formediocre food that is rarely cooked up to par. Rice is hard as a rock and beans are burnt / soured. I hate to bash a localbusiness but come on. At this point, it just seems like they just aren?t being clean or handling food properly. We won?t begoing here again. Read more

Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten, it comes close to South Texas Mexican. Once you have had STX Mexican things are hard... to compare to, but this place is spot on. Read more
