Food was great but the guy making it acted like a trained sloth. There was a line that was appearing/disappearing behind us and... it took around 10-15 minutes AFTER we got to the front of the line for him to make our order. This location was very busy today during lunch, and they were more than adequately staffed, yet they were completely out of MANY... ingredients. When one of the people in front of me struck out on THREE different things (including wheat bread, meatballs, andtomatoes)the sandwich artist claimed that she'd go get tomatoes herself if there weren't any by tomorrow.
